Stephen Sheridan began his cinematography career training under the Oscar-winning cameraman Haskell Wexler. For the following three years, Stephen continued to develop his skills, working alongside renowned director/cameraman Joe Pytka. Stephen served as Mr. Pytka’s first camera assistant on a wide variety of national commercial spots such as Nike, Budweiser, Coca Cola and Kodak.

From here, he went on to shoot independent features collaborating with directors such as John Lee Hancock "The Blind Side" 

His feature film work includes: Alejandro Daniel Calvo’s "The Other Side of the Tracks" winner "Best Cinematography" Connecticut Intl Film Festival, "Stealing Time", Andrew Getty's "The Evil Within"   SPOTLIGHT AWARD for Best Cinematography "Magic Of Horror" Film Festival 2018.  

More recent feature work includes the Romantic Comedy "Temps" by writer/director Ryan Sage as well as commercial spots for ABC , NBC, Investigation Discovery, STARZ Entertainment, Sprint, Lexus, Honda, Toyota and "The Voice" Super Bowl Commercial 2018 Silver CLIO. " This Is Us" winner of a Bronze Clio 2017

Sheridan has traveled to nearly every continent shooting commercials, documentaries, and narrative films. A project of personal choice was a 6 week deployment to Iraq, where he documented combat blast injuries and the life saving surgical techniques of the US Army and Air Force doctors.
